FGP Cattle

       FGP Cattle is owned by Glen and Faye Price.  We run a small registered Hereford cow herd with the help of our two boys, Joseph and Zane, in Elm Creek, Manitoba.  They are young but they do love their cows!  Because we both work full time off the farm, our cows have to be efficient and self-reliant.  It is these traits that we offer to our customers.  We market our bulls and females through the MHA Good as Gold Sale, the Lundar Bull Show and Sale, and private treaty.  We welcome our fellow breeders to visit the farm and tour the pasture.

    In the spring of 2014, we expanded our operation, adding a commercial herd of Angus-influenced cows.  It is our goal to replace these cows with Herefords and black baldies as the economics of the industry allow.
